Heritage Court Assisted Living is seeking caring and dependable Resident Assistants to join our team. We are a small, 18-unit assisted living community located in Houston, Minnesota, focused on providing quality care in a warm, home-like environment.

Position Details:

• Part-time positions available

• Day and PM shifts

• Flexible scheduling

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Providing compassionate, respectful care and support

• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

• Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions

• Supporting residents' independence and dignity

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Prior caregiving or assisted living experience preferred, but not required

• CNA certification a plus

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, patient, and compassionate demeanor
